Good day! help is needed
There is a DS-2CD2043G0-I SF.Version v5.51_180314 / camera
After the voltage drop flew Software
Found this version but it does not flash
gives an error message

There are other less IPC_G1_EN_STD_5.5.4_171206_EN_ONLY
it goes well
but SADPTool does not see the camera

Maybe the wrong firmware - even though it was accepted.

I think this should be the firmware for the camera :
DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL
But is the camera a China region camera?

On other brands, if the dtb (Device Tree Block) is corrupted or not available, the kernel may not have the details to be able to address the hardware correctly.
That is usually a fatal error. The dtb lists the hardware elements against the addresses that they are accessible on, as well as other parameters.
But I don't know how significant it is on your model of camera.

The release note for the firmware here DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL does include your camera model.

I think that is the problem - the timeout. The file download is incomplete.

If you are using the Hikvision tftp updater - it does not work for firmware files larger than 32MB.
These are 34MB.

As you are using the bootloader 'update' command, you can use a normal tftp server to get round that problem.
For example, the 32-bit jounin one from here works well : TFTP server

Looking good (apart from the trashed primary configuration data) until the problem initialising the DSP, in both the log files.
I'm not sure what the cause of that could be.

Even though the DSP is part of the SoC, not in the sensor, it would be worth checking / re-seating the flex cable that connects the sensor to the main board.
A long shot, but easy enough to do.

And I'm still wondering how significant "Get dtb failed" is.
But it seems happy with the rest of the hardware.
