DS-2CD2032F-I crashed - need help...

Hello,

I bought a DS-2CD2032F-I (I ordered DS-2CD2032-I but received DS-2CD2032F-I), I wanted to upgrade but it seems I crashed it.

I find many interesting information, and now I understand that I have a chinese version (CCH in serial number). And I understood why the firmware version was 5.2.5... but 5.3.0 on its label.
I have read that I must install a chinese version, using TFTP server tool.

The issue is that I did not find a chinese version to download. I have read too that 5.2.3 version should work so I tried it this one (IPC_R0_EN_STD_5.2.3_141024). But it does not work.

The log of the TFTPServer are :

Could you please help me? which firmware version should I to install? Where can I find a chinese version?

I thought I already tried that... but as you asked I preferred to take the time to try again, before answering that I already tested that... And it was a good choice, because it worked
I don't know why I did not managed to update it before with this firmware....

My IP Cam is saved, thanks a lot !

Is there anys way to use a newer firmware that works with Chrome ? ( see http://overseas.hikvision.com/us/Press-Release-details_91_i3297.html )
That's why I wanted to upgrade it.

The old firmware is using NPAPI Plugin which is not supported anymore by Chrome. Hikvision has announced that new firmware will have a new plugin, see http://overseas.hikvision.com/us/Press-Release-details_91_i3297.html

Currently I must use IE to see live video.
