Thank you in advance for being part of the group.
I recently purchased 2 units for a customer of the "DS-2CV2141G2-IDW" model, one of the only Hikvision cameras with WIFI that should work well...
The question is, I want to activate the platform and in no way can I... I've already changed the portal, DNS, ip's, unlock on the network, use the router's DMZ, update the firmware to the latest version, finally EVERYTHING, with a result = OFFLINE









I can't get this to work at all... does anyone have experience with this type of equipment?
I look at the competition and Hikvision seems to be falling behind... I have installed a lot of hikvision NVR and Camera equipment but so I don't see a positive development... is this another one of those hikvision situations with no resolution?
I notice that in installer mode with Hik-PROCONNECT, I have the equipment listed in the list, which should work.. this doesn't make sense...
can you help please?
