DHI-DSS7016D-S2 STUCK UP FIRMWARE UPDATE FROM VERSION 1 TO VERSION 8

hello, i have a concern that the device that i used for testing is stuck up loading screen after updating the firmware from version 1 to version 8, the device is DHI-DSS7016D-S2 a powerful surveillance system.
so my concern is how to fix this stuck up, i hope that this forum can give a tips to how to fix this stuck up firmware, thank you in advance

How dit you manage to update the device and dit you ever solved thie problem?

Format the HDD is the only way out of that dude. You cannot update it from V1 to V8 in one go. There are sequential updates. Check out software.dahuasecurity.com, has upgrrade guides showing what steps you need to take. As for obtaining all of the files, you might need to ask the original supplier to get you all the steps needed
