DHCP not working on NVR DS-7616NI-E2/8P, Please help

Hi there,

my NVR DS-7616NI-E2/8P could not get an ip address from router after it's been flashed.

Current firmwire version is 3.3.4. Please suggest,what do I need to do to get it back working again.

Router: 192.168.1.1
NVR: wired directly to router (port 01) [eth port 1 out of 4 eth port)
DHCP enabled (but still cant get an address, 0.0.0.0)

some of there 3.3.4 has this problem with hdcp on poe ports, try downgrade t 3.3.1 should resolve this problem

If you need 3.3.4 I would probably try TFTP it in there again. Or maybe downgrade to a version that works and then try go back to 3.3.4.

Although I would assign it a fixed address. Either manually or via fixed router assignment which is what I guess you have it set at since you need DHCP to be enabled.
