Dahua XVR SMD not working

Like you can see when I got the device from the supplier SMD worked 100% but after I added it again it stopped working

This was configured in SMD AI mode only:

Could be a recording schedule issue, where you have IVS setup for a certain time and SMD for a certain time. Your screenshot of the 12th only shows PM SMD alarms.
 
Hi guys,

I have wiped my device now and also replaced the BNC connectors on the XVR side and not the camera, SMD is working now but will test and see how long it will last.

My electrician tested and saw that he got a light shock feeling when removing the BNC cable from XVR while XVR is on and advised it could be a ground issue with the coax cable, so will let you guys know if it resolves the issue
