Hi Everyone,
I am trying to bring up a "Loryta IPC-T5442TM-AS-LED 2.8mm Fixed Lens 4MP Starlight+ WDR Eyeball AI Network Camera" that I recently purchased from Andy. I am hoping to use H264 for the main / sub stream on this camera to reduce the load on the CPU. However If when I am using H264 coding for the main stream, BI window shows 0 FPS for the main stream. If I switch the camera main stream to H265 (still keeping sub stream with H264), I am able to see 30 FPS on the BI configuration. Any recommendations on how to resolve such issue? Do I need to use new FW on this camera or is it something to do with BI software itself?

Version 5.3.3.8 (recently expired support so stuck with this version for now)
CPU - Intel i7 2600k + ASUS Z68 delux MB / No-GPU
16GB RAM
