Hello,

I have got an Dahua SD50230-T-HN. And now after 3 days I have figure it out that it doesn't support auto tracking.

Is there any way to get it working, custom firmware, NVR with IVS or something?

I've got running:

Software Version2.400.0000.9.R.T4.301b.3N.NR, Build Date: 2016-05-25
WEB Version3.2.1.348432
ONVIF Version2.4.2
PTZ Version2.04.26.RHNPFSB

Where could I get updates, if there are any?

This is what I see in settings now:

Thank you.

Not that I'm aware of. I think the models that support auto tracking have more ram and faster processor.

To an extent, you can accomplish something similar to auto tracking by using sensors hooked to the camera's 2 alarm inputs. When one of the sensors trips the camera can zoom to a particular preset. You can also set up IVS trip wires and zoom to presets when those are tripped.

At the time this camera came out I don't think Dahua had any cameras with auto tracking.
