Dahua PTZ SD59230U-HNI No Ip found just stopped working

Hey all I’ve had all the camera for 3 years and the other day it said no ip and I reset everything switches router and all I even checked the cable and the cable is good. Is there anything I can do or is the camera just dead?

Take the camera down and test it on your desk, 1. power it on to check if can do slef-checking. pan/tilt.2 Also can use configtool o search the IP address. 3. Make a hard reset on the camera foe 5-7 seconds , make sure camera is powered on. After try these still not work, the camera dead. Normally the rj45 ports leakage and killed the cam. Ask your supplier if the cam still can do repair. Exceed 2 years , factory warranty will not available
 
To do all that it has to be taken down? Is there anything I can do without taking it down? If I do that I might as well get a new one cause the location it’s at is exactly not a cake walk to get up and down.
 
Can you ping the cameras up address, without error.
