Dahua P2P showing offline...but connects remotely

I installed 3 Dahua N53CB62 at a customer site and came across an odd issue with P2P. The status in "Platform Access" shows offline, but I am able to connect to them remotely using my SmartPSS at the office. The customer is also successfully viewing them on the DMSS app even when they use the data plan on their phone as well as on a different WIFI network.

Has anyone seen this?

Can you try restarting the recorder if the status will change? You can also go to network settings of the recorder and do a test if it can ping the network gateway?

There is no recorder (NVR).

The customer uses the cameras to monitor their livestock during the birthing period.

I can ping the gateway.

I was wondering if there was a setting that I am missing because of the newness of the interface.

Ive seen this on an NVR where it showed offline but was able to connect. I dont use it was just testing but thats the only setting Im aware of on the new camera interface.

BTW- on the NVR on the P2P tab, it will for me show Offline, until I check the enable box and hit save and refresh
