I installed 3 Dahua N53CB62 at a customer site and came across an odd issue with P2P. The status in "Platform Access" shows offline, but I am able to connect to them remotely using my SmartPSS at the office. The customer is also successfully viewing them on the DMSS app even when they use the data plan on their phone as well as on a different WIFI network.
