Dahua NVR5216P-4KS2 and swann nhd815 3mp cameras

I just bought
Dahua NVR5216P-4KS2 and I already have swann nhd815 cameras installed already with wire. Is there any way so i can use these cameras with my new nvr? I already changed the IP address of cameras and its recognised by nvr but not recording or supporting yet. Any help please?

Yes, Swann sell good products, effective advertising/brand recognition - but they are mostly proprietary, apart from the OEMed devices, many just don't interoperate well at all with other vendors.
