I've been trying to add a Dahua IPC-HFW2231T-ZS to a Dahua NVR4104-P-4KS2 and am able to add the camera to a channel etc but when I try to view it I get the following error:

Any ideas about what I may be doing wrong? I was able to get it the camera to work with BlueIris and I was able to add an IPC-HDBW4231F-E2-M 2x2MP to the NVR so I know that both camera and NVR are working.

NVR firmware:

Have you tried to reset the camera and start over adding it?

Thanks.
I just tried resetting the camera to factory default, however it's behaving the same. I'll try resetting the NVR next.

Does (did - I see you've fixed it) the camera still have its default IP address, the same as the (still default) IP address of the NVR on your screenshot?

When I got the camera that wasn't working to work, the one that was working stopped working. So I ended up resetting the NVR and the 2 cameras and that seemed to fix it.

It's possible but the switch on the NVR was set to hand out 10.1.1.x addresses and I believe that I changed the NVR to 192.168.1.110 beforehand. I'm just glad it works now. This forum is awesome.
