I have Dahua NVR608-64-4kS2 This NVR keeps on rebooting every 10 -15 munites, I have chanhe all the hard drives but still rebooting, pls. help me fixied this problem

Not change, just take off the HDD, and can make an update for the NVR, the firmware can be found at this place.
