Have you matched the camera IP address to the IP address that is used by the NVR PoE ports?
Check the detail in the NVR web GUI under System | Camera Management.
The camera IP address, camera password, and the type of connection (eg ONVIF, RTSP, Hikvision etc) need to be specified in order to connect the cameras.

What can I do?
Provide a screenshot of the NVR web GUI Camera Configuration page.
Provide a screenshot of the camera network configuration page.
Specify the model of the cameras you are trying to connect to the NVR.

this is all:
That's good.
You can see that the NVR PoE ports are using the address range 10.0.0.x
That's a bit unusual for that model of NVR - it's usually 192.168.254.x
Did you change it away from the original value?
I'm assuming that the subnet mask for the 'Internal NIC' is set to 255.255.255.0 though that would be unusual for a 10.x address.
But it should be OK.

Suggestion for testing :
On the camera that you have showed the network configuration screenshot for, untick DHCP and set the IP address to 10.0.0.2 and the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 and the gateway to 10.0.0.1
Let the camera reboot.
On the NVR - have you set the camera password in the channel configuration?
If not - select channel 1 and use 'Modifica' to set the camera password.
Then connect the camera to channel 1 and it should connect OK.
Check in 'Live View' to see that it is listed.

If that works OK, repeat for the other cameras, using the IP address of the NVR channel that you will connect the camera to for the IP address of the camera.

Good luck!

Thank you for reply

DS-2CD2232-I520150809CCCH534XXXXXX

now they have this firmware version V5.2.5 build 141201
