I'm trying to use Configtool to upgrade the firmware on my DHI-VTO2202F-P which is currently running 4.4.
Via Configtool, whenever In press upgrade an orange triangle shows "incorrect password", despite not being prompted for a password.
I know it's the correct password, it works in the other screens.
In googling this it seems like others have had this problem, but I haven't been able to find a clear solution.
Would anyone have any idea what the go is?
