Still no word on what may be causing these errors?
A couple of question. Also for the ALPR module you do not need the OCR module.
Do you have a Nvidia GPU?
If so what GPU do you have?
If so did you install CUDA?
Can you post the below screenshot

I will remove the OCR module. No I did not install CUDA

Here is my system info.

Device name Rustys-Laptop
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
Device ID C792EBB1-FFB5-4921-93F4-01F6CC6EA22C
Product ID 00326-10000-00000-AA783
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

As far as display adapter, good question, it is showing 2. One Nvidia and one not.

Keep in mind, this is a laptop. Not sure if that has anything to do with the way the GPUs are shown.

Since you have an Nvidia GPU did you install CUDA before CodeProject.AI. If not that might be the issues you are having.

To be on the safe side uninstall CodeProject then Cuda
Well maybe we are making progress, maybe not. I got rid of the original errors by uninstalling, installing Cuda and reinstalling CodeProject. Here are the new errors. Looks like something to do the ALPR module. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the module.
