change the language in Camera and NVR

Hi,

Recently I purchase hikvision 4 cameras and NVR from china. Language in all the cameras and NVR is Chinese.

camera types:
DS-2CD3T20-I3 ------> firmware version is : V5.3.0_150327
DS-2CD1303-I -------> firmware version is : V5.3.0_150513

NVR: DS-7108N-SN/P

All are POE.
i want to know whether i can use ivms-4200 mobile app in english language. or do i need to change NVR and camera languages to English.
I read there are many threads about changing the language.
is it safe to change the language to English? if yes what is the best and simple method?

Yes. I tried ivms-4200 installed in pc. But with English language cannot add devices. Then switched to chinese language and open the ivms-4200. Then can do any operation. But i couldn't find the ivms-4200 in google play store. There is ivms-4500.

i read the posts, downloaded the tool and changed the language of the firmware file. I downloaded the firmware file from hikvision Chinese website. it is the same build version as the current firmware. i have also downloaded the NVR new firmware and changed the language to EN/ML

Now i want to know how to send it to the camera and NVR. there is a option to enable the SSH. can anyone help me to do this.
Can I use hikvision TFTP Automatic Update Tool to update the device?
