Was that DC? I ask because the funny costumes of the guys in blue chasing down the bailing driver looked familiar.
I lived in PG County (Hyattsville) from 73 to 90. It used to be safe. Then stuff like that started happening pretty regularly. Left for the 'safety' of central FL. When I felt like a foreigner in my own country, I headed for the hills in middle-TN. People suck... Glad you caught it on video. Would love to know more of the details - as I'm sure most here would.

Getting comfortable
Unfortunately I do not know because I have since moved and I left that camera at the old house and otherwise reset Blue Iris. Highly likely I would have left everything at the default settings.
DM me and I will provide more details, but I don't feel comfortable revealing them publicly for a number of reasons.
I recently moved to Arlington, VA, which is a huge improvement. I caught all kinds of stuff on camera at the old house, with this one being the thing that ultimately prompted us to GTFO: Attempted invasion of my neighbor's house

If you turned off the noise filter and tweaked a few settings you probably could have gotten better audio. I can understand wanting to GTFO of DC, one way or another it seems like most of the people there are criminals or lobbyists (is there really a difference?).
