Not a good idea to advertise your IP address and what's on it!
You might want to edit your post to obscure that detail.
And see if your camera has any security.
The access works OK for me - even has sound.

Thanks, I will modify it and change the host name, how did it work? you logged in to the no-ip host and it worked?
I tried again and again and it's not working, how it worked for you?

Thanks!

As absolutely anyone else on the internet could also do - remember that you have posted to a PUBLIC forum - I simply used the IP address you specified, and the port you specified, and the RTSP string for the camera brand you specified.

I just tried it again and there is a video of a small child. With voices clearly heard, including the child.
You really, really should reconsider putting this device on public view, with zero security. in my opinion.

I don't know how to secure the camera stream, it's a cheap camera.
How do you stream RTSP? only threw VLC player? Can you stream it on chrome?

There are lots and lots of applications that can listen to an RTSP stream, VLC is just one of a great many.
For example, I could have added the stream to my Hikvision NVR and left it recording.
But I didn't.
