Can't log into old account - O365 not getting IPCamTalk Emails

Not sure if this is the right place, but who should I contact for technical issues?

My main account has email 2FA turned on, however it seems over the past month there is an issue where emails from IPCamTalk don't reach my Office 365 Business domain. Are you aware of any issues?

If I do password reset I get nothing, if I sign up for a new account I get nothing. I even tried on a completely separate trial account of O365 business and had the exact same issue

I created this account just to get in here, as of course I never backed up the 2FA bypass codes!

Does your O365 e-mail have a SPAM folder? If so, I'd check there.
 
Its not even hitting at all, I have done a mail trace (Which is before all filters, anti-spam, anti-malware etc) and it never shows up

Is it possible you made a typo in your e-mail address when you joined on May 14th?
 
Nope, it worked fine before. My main account even got this newsletter back in January, so it was working fine at one point

I also have a catch-all mailbox, so even if it was the wrong address I would still get it

Thanks everyone... @IReallyLikePizza2 Can you shoot me a PM with what your email is supposed to be so I can look into this? I'll get it resolved.
