Cannot access NVR with my Mac

I just have installed a Dahua NVR 4104 and now I want to access it with my Macbook Pro. It fails with both Chrome and Safari. I also tried Firefox. I have to download the plugin apps for Chrome and Safari, but then I get: "404 not found". The camera's work fine with the plugin.
Any suggestions?

You may have the wrong IP address for the NVR, or it's on a different network segment from your MacBook Pro.
What IP address does the NVR have, and what is the IP address of the MacBook?

I have set the NVR at 192.168.2.200 (static)
The IP address of MacBook is 192.168.2.4 (DHCP)
Gateway is 192.168.2.254

That looks fine.
Presumably you can ping the IP address of the NVR with the MacBook?
And in the browser you are using the plain NVR IP address?

I installed a NACL web plugin for the camera's but cannot find plugin for NVR
