Can’t view cameras on DMSS outside of network on iPhones and iPads

I just got my cameras set up this past weekend and downloaded DMSS. I can view the feed when in network, but once I’m out they say they are offline.

Any ideas?

That because you haven't enable the p2p on the camera, so DMSS only do the local watching.
