I have several HIK cameras and on the web browser(IE with webcomponents) the image capture button says it has captured the image. and shows location. But there isn't anything there. I've searched the entire dive and it is not there. I have included the obvious settings. Am I missing something? I use BI for some of the captures, but I'm after the highest resolution I can capture. Non of 4 HIK's work right or it is me in setup. all help would be appreciated.ScreenHunter 06.jpgScreenHunter 06.jpgScreenHunter 07.jpgScreenHunter 09.jpg

It's in the Windows virtualstore - because Windows doesn't trust IE enough to allow it to drop files into user space.
This area is pretty well hidden.
Generally a Windows search won't find it, and it's quite a cryptic path down your profile.

2 things to try, depending on the Windows security level that you have set.
In IE, add the camera IP address to 'Trusted SItes'.
That's the simplest, and good if it works.
If it doesn't - run IE 'As Administrator'.

Yes, Scotland is lovely when the weather is fine. Which it is all the time. Not. Though it's really nice just now, I'll be out on the bike again tomorrow for sure.
