I have a problem with a DS-2CD2232-I5.
The camera has a boat loop.
What firmware can I take? I'm not sure if it is a China model.
Does not know whether there is already a 5.4 on it.
Can someone tell me where I find a firmware or what to downgrade to 5.3.

The first thing to try is the Hikvision tftp updater with the 'whoslooking 5.3.0 to 5.2.5 downgrader' from here : Custom Firmware Downgrader 5.3.0 Chinese to 5.2.5 English
In the second link there is the EN and the CN versions, depending on the language of the camera. One of them should work OK.
Then if the camera has had the 5.4.0 or higher update attempted, it may be blocked from downgrading, the 'Catch-22' can't run the update / can't downgrade scenario.
If so - brick-fix and other help here : Hikvision DS-2CD2x32-I (R0) brick-fix tool / full upgrade method / fixup roundup.

The versions in the second link are swapped.
The CN is the EN and the EN is the CN.

The CN Version is running.
Fu.. I do not speak Chinese. :-O

I have Try the EN Version from second Link.
I get this Error.

Can i update to 4.5.... in English ?

I am now sitting 3 hours at the camera.
had downgraded to 5.2.5 CH, since she ran into Chinese.
After that I installed digicap_brickfix540_EN, camera booted in the Minisystem.
Have then upgrade to DS-2xx2_5.4.5_170123 made.
Cam has bootloop.

What was wrong now?

I have Flash the Customer EN from Second Link and the Language is in Chines. I have Check the CN File with Tool and the Language is 02 inside.

That's normal, the camera has reverted to it's real personality.
But it is working again, no bootloop?

Not really necessary, but will do no harm. The brick-fix tool is for those 'Catch-22' situations where an update to 5.4 or higher fails, but the 'downgrade block' prevents recovery to earlier firmware.

But before that, you need to convert the camera to English with the 'enhanced mtd hack'.
Also - you must upgrade through the versions - to 5.3.0 to 5.4.0 to 5.4.5 without skipping - Hikvision advice.

OK, so you are back to 5.2.5 with Chinese menus. That's normal for a CN camera that had been sold with 'hacked to English' firmware.
Now do the 'enhanced mtd hack' and you will be good to do the upgrades.

I have installed
The cam boot in Minisystem.
I hack it with the "enhanced mtd hack" to EN.
How flash the 5.3.0 on the Cam? About TFTP?
Do I boot the cam with the 5.3.0 .dav File, reboot, than the 5.4.0 ->5.4.5 all behind each other over TFTP?

I try to operate this Chinese Cam on a DS-7732NI-SP1620140411BBRR45982xxxxxxxx.
There is always only detection.
Is not this cam on this recorder?
 
The recorder has assigned IP and password.
