Hey guys,

after I modify the hardware acceleration option from default to Intel Beta, the blue iris crashed won’t start again.

how can I change the setting back to default?
I have tried uninstall and reinstall again, still won’t start.

anyone can help on this?
Thanks,

On the BI PC run regedit, then navigate to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Perspective Software\Blue Iris\Options, find the key hwaccel, note down the current setting, change it to 0. Then restart the BI service and see if you can then run the GUI.

I should add the setting it to 0 is a guess, I have the standard Intel Acceleration set and my value is set to 2 so you could also try that.

thanks, change to option 1 = Intel makes blue iris starts without error!
