Just took the plunge into Blue Iris after many years using Milestone.
Have to stay its a nice piece of software. Was always lurking around Blue Iris concerned about CPU overload. I will admit it is a little more taxing than my previous software, but, the setup and ease of figuring things out (and the community forum and youtube videos) has been of tremendous help.
So far,
PRO: I am integrating this software to tie in with my home automation (Hubitat). Awesome...
Slight CON: Mobile Client App seems to be a 3rd party paid app. A small price to pay I suppose.
Overall, I am glad to have switched and looking forward to learning more what this software can do.
