Hello, my alerts were working perfectly until I started messing around with the profiles. I normally don’t use any profiles but tonight I tried setting up profile 2 to have no alerts so I can select that one when the kids are running in and out of the house. I think I got that set up the way that I want but now when I switch back to profile 1, I am not getting any alerts when there is motion. I can see in my timeline that my cameras are getting triggered but there are no push notifications being sent to my phone. I am attaching some screenshots, please let me know if there are any other screenshots you would like to see.
The enabled box is unchecked. When you unchecked it for Profile 2, that carries into the other profiles.
Instead, you need to keep the enabled checked even in Profile 2, but then select (grey out) #2 in the alert profiles below so it looks like the 0 profile:

You guys are awesome, thanks for responding so quickly! I selected “enabled” on my alert and then I selected to fire when “never” and that worked. Push notifications are working perfectly again!
