BI been giving a Error 1000 event error maybe 3-4 times a day and shuts BI down when it occurs. System stays up and running. I have been just restarting it when it happens. Checked online for the error and since it's BI related, not much to go on.
Dedicated 7 camera Security system running Win10 64bit with all the latest drivers for entire system. No abnormal background program running and the BI version is an activated version 5.4.3.12 x64. I can not update BI anymore or I will lose the activation.
AsusTek ROG Strix Z 490-F / Latest BIOS loaded
Intel UHD Graphics 630
CPU: Intel Core i9 10850K - Comet Lake GT2
16 gig DDR4 Ram Samsung

Running a spybot scan turned up nothing unusual and windows virus shows nothing. The computer is dedicated to BI and the cameras and the error just quietly closes BI with no screen warnings at all.

Posted below is the EVENT error I am getting as well as the information posted on the event posting just prior to the posted error of BI and shutdown warning message.

prior message before BI shutdown error message that is shown below this event 1001

This system is clean as a whistle and no other programs are used on it since it is a pure dedicated security system PC. The vcruntime140.dll is not missing in the files as well.

This error can be cause by driver error, like a video driver or audio driver. Make sure your system has the current driver for your hardware.

I run older versiob of vcruntime.dll 14.27.29112.0

did you do a clean install with the MS media creation ? NOT a clean install using the computer manufactured system.
