Best ptz camera for BI

Under 200 just trying to get a camera to learn with in BI

Ok take the $200 price off I’ve been looking and that’s not reasonable. Any suggestions for brands to look at and to stay away from?

Might look at these:

Dahua Mini Black Face PTZ (SD29204S-GN & SD29204T-GN)

Not zoom monsters and not rated for outdoor use but good little cams overall and meet your < $200 criteria. I've had one outside in a relatively well protected area for a year or more and it's been fine (so far at least). It's lived through getting wind-blown rain on it when it storms hard. Wouldn't try it completely out in the elements.
