anyone experiencing delayed push notifications

hi guys.

i was curious is anyone else experiencing delayed push notifications?

For a couple of days i was getting no push notifications and now
i'll get a push notification that shows the current time but when you remote playback its for an event two days ago.

Never experienced this before until this week.

Some of Hikvision stuff/software is so ropey how do you ever figure out where this sort of problem resides?

First thing I always do with any hik problems is update firmware.

With respect, unless you are pretty knowledgeable about how Hikvision firmware works, and how to deal with its problems, that's not good advice for the average user.
Much of the Hikvision section of this forum is about the mire that people get stuck in on what should be a simple firmware update.

Hi Alastair, yes I'm too smart for that one, unless you've got a major problem or piece of functionality you really cant do without we all pretty much leave well enough alone eh.
