I just added an Amrest wifi IP2M-841W-V3 to my Blue Iris installation. I cant get the PTZ controls to work in Blue Iris. They work fine from the camera's web interface. I selected Amcrest in the camera properties in Blue Iris. Any ideas? I've got a diiferent PTZ camera that works fine.

Getting comfortable
same cameras. Select Amcrest IP2M-843 in the model dropdown.
Right click the camera picture > Select Camera settings. From there, choose the video tab. then the configure buton the the right (beside the network IP radio button that should be selected).
On the Network IP Camera Configuration page, make sure you have Amcrest selected under MAKE and select IP2M-843,IP8M-2493/96 RTSP in the model.
