Already paid for Blue Iris Cloud Account, but cannot use

Hello,

I submitted PayPal payment for a BI cloud account about a week ago, but I don't see anything different on the BI cloud page; the button still remains for "+ Create Blue Iris Account". When I click that button now, I see the error "Oops, we ran into some problems". Please advise on how to proceed.
