Has the IP address moved to the default due to a cleared configuration?
Check if SADP can find the camera : http://overseas.hikvision.com/en/tools_82.html and see what version of firmware it shows.
It can find the camera even when it's on a different subnet, then you can fix up the IP address.

Try to tftp back chinese firmware if this works try getting original firmware from reseller.

@Defender666 dropbox link works OK, try it again, then the tftp updater.
The camera is in a bootloop due to corrupt or incorrect firmware installed.

Your TFTP seems not clean.

Try to connect camera directly to PC Ethernet port

Forget about the other log. I told you more times you need to change or check the computer because your TFTP does not work correctly. TFTP should always look clean, not those retries like you have.

Do not use any version from hikvisioneurope.com/portal if your camera comes from china.

You should receive a Firmware update done message. After 1 minute after flashing. If not it is wrong file or wrong language flag.

Try changing language Flag with the tool.
