Yes spent all morning getting ivs trip wires and intrusion to work!! It’s adding as intelligent on the time line on recording, I rebooted nvr also this morning and can’t think what else it could be …. Frustrating

I know there have been issues surrounding the email notifications but is there a genuine good fix to this ? Ie is there a 100% email supplier that works without issue?

Yes mate it’s still checked on …like I said I hadn’t turned anything off but hadn’t noticed it had stopped sending emails!! Would the test email getting through to me mean that in theory the email is working and not being stopped?

Thanks wittaj I am using btinternet as my email as previous gmail stopped !! Is it possible that the test would get through but the nvr alert with snapshot could be prevented?

Hi guys, up until recently I had one of my cameras sending an email with snapshot work ok. Didn’t realise but it has now stopped being sent !! Do not remember stopping them and have as far as I can see not unchecked anything!!! For example have ivs set up, it’s adding it in the search function...

Good evening everyone just an update!! Checked nvr and remote host wasn’t enabled so obviously did so and now the blue e icon is blue!!! Clicked one of my cams and a new window opened and is asking me to accept P2P !! Should I do so or not ? Many thanks will try and go through the forum to find...

Thanks for quick reply jarrow!! Was able to do so on previous NVR with a work laptop before a power failure meant buying a new.NVR and can’t remember enabling this feature!! Where is this enabled? NVR or laptop please ?? Steve

Hi all, run everything through Dahua 16 port Poe NVR but borrowed an old ish laptop that doesn’t have edge to be able to get into cams directly but after going through web to NVR the icons for ie are greyed out and can’t open anything!!! Any ideas what causes this please ? Even tried pale moon...

Thanks for all you help will open up again but when I looked originally I didn’t see any lights on and fan didn't spin are you saying that it sounds 100% supply ? If so will buy at that price and hopefully have a spare nvr ready for any other issues Steve

Many thanks guys for all help, have ordered a new nvr off Andy as here in uk the power unit is prices around £150 and thought it better to get new one as if something else is wrong I will in effect pay for a new one in parts!! Power unit is DPS-200PB-185 B Steve

Good morning everyone who tried to help me, finally got round to factory resetting all 11 cams yesterday as rain had been delaying things, as per bigredfish this solved the issue and now have all cams added with green lights!!!! really appreciate the help from everyone... No mate all dahua getting late here no long day at work will try to reset a cam tomorrow to see if helps but ip address looks correct

They are all Dahua bought from Andy but can’t remember if officially Dahua if you know what I mean?

Reset everything plugged 1 camera in went green for 1 second then back to red , can’t work this out, do I need to change any subnet settings
