I made the mistake of upgrading a perfectly running 2.1.8 beta / BI installation to CPAI 2.1.9 beta. Now only get 404 errors. Uninstalled, deleted the Codeproject folders, rebooted, re-installed 2.1.8, and still only get 404 errors.
Any ideas.
Now that I have AI working well, I belive it is time to fine-tune. What are the best options to go in the "To Confirm, custom models" boxes? Also shown are the modules loaded.
This camera is my "driveway" camera. I'd also like LPR on this camera, but the alerts never show the plate; however...
It was BI. I had already tested as you mentioned above. Rolling back to 5.7.4.2 resolved the immediate 404 issues. There are certainly still some issues with 5.7.4.2, but it seems more reliable than the newer versions.
Thanks for the update. I installed 2.1.8, following the above instructions. Running the most recent version of BI (5.7.62), and get nothing but AI Error 404. I'll roll back BI to a previous version I know worked better and see what happens.
Installing the latest version of BI caused my system to start taking snapshots of every camera at 5 second intervals, making it basically useless. Had to revert back to the last stable build.
CP worked fine until the last update of CP (could be a combo of BI and CP updates). There seems to be no progress in CP development over the last several weeks. When I initially moved from DS to CP, CP was superior. I’m hopeful an update will come soon to resolve.
Interesting about the GPU / Hardware acceleration; however, I am not using it. I have 20+ cameras, but running dual Xeon Gold processors that run about 3% CPU. I am using CodeAI GPU versions, though.
I wrote a small batch file and created a task to restart the service every hour. This has helped, but hopefully is a temporary fix. YMMV
See below.
Create batch file via notepad
Cut and paste below and above ___ into notepad

A new version of BI (5.7.1.2) came out today. Errors have decreased by about 40%. Not perfect, but better. At least obvious people and vehicles are starting to be identified correctly.
Perhaps my search techniques are not what they could be, but searching this forum and others has not helped me find any answers.
I am receiving intermittent AI: error 500 and/or AI: error 200 on BI (V5.7.0.2) with CodeProject AI (V2.07). This seems to occur mostly with vehicle and person...
Still getting "AI error 200", especially on cancelled or alerts AI fails to identify. I have not been able to find much on this error. I have not had the starting errors. AI 2.0.2 and BI 5.6.9.6
I've been following this thread for an issue I have since upgrading. Some alerts have "person, car, etc.", but others show "AI Error 200." I have been unable to find any information on this error. Anyone else?

New BI install on a new server, new cameras. (New house). BI Version 5.5.3.0 (11/17/21) Updated today. Note - the issue was present before the update.
When viewing clips in the web UI, I can watch one or two clips, then the BI service will crash. The service is set to restart on failure in...
