Quick response from BI support. Less than 24 hours! The software is always available for download through the Download page of blueirissoftware.com using the 'Download V5' link there if you need to reinstall. Take care, Jennifer

Good idea. Even with all the help it’s still not clear how to reinstall BI, unless purchased from this site. I’ve got some very good advise from everyone as usual. I found my email from BI as wittaj mention and will be giving this a try tomorrow morning. Learning so many new things all at once...

Thanks only paid $15.00 for it at Habitat for Humanity so no big loss there. Works great and looks almost brand new. Checked it out with my one and only camera and I was able to connect no problem so a small win there. I’ll check the charging with my phone charger.
