Dahua Camera Password Reset

I have a problem with accessing one of my Dahua cameras after I installed them. They all worked when I tested them inside. All have the same password and user name. The config tool finds all 4 cameras and shows them all initialized. When I attempt to access this one camera I get message showing I have a problem with a port or password. It appears the ports are correct. I tried changing the password but nothing works. There is a rest for password but it requires sending information to an email address along with a bunch of other information.

Is there a way I can solve this problem about the password? Ever other camera works. thanks

Can it be done without the complicated way it describes?

The camera has a rest button on the top where the SD card is located. Will this rest set button bring the camera back to factory settings? If so should it be attached to power when doing so? Will this work?

Yep have it powered and hold the reset button in for at least 10 seconds
