FYI , sadly the Annke deal is also plastic. So apparently all 1/2.5” versions have been cheapened.

Looks like it, dealbreaker for me too. While I like the white light it should be the supplemental light, and it should have an option to turn on with motion which the Hikvision cameras seem to lack so far. edit: I guess the Dahua version is making the same odd choice. E.g...

For a camera with such a wide view, I do not think it matters as much, and the 1/2.5" version actually has a larger FOV. I am using these cameras for overall view (observation), not identification. Getting 3x the cameras for the same price seems worth more than the increase in visual fidelity...

I bought the Annke deal I posted and got tracking information from UPS, will be here this week. I am expecting the same turret style camera I have, so may have some disappointment being shipped my way.

That is a maybe too. The single pack version of the camera $100, says "Note: Turret camera I51EC only has infrared night vision, no color night vision. The new version of Turret camera I51DX has color night vision. " So either they are clearing out some old stock on the 2-camera pack, or the...

Coincidence, the Annke turret is on sale now for $160 for a 2-pack. So the same pricing as this unit. I do not want to oversell it, but I do prefer the turret style. The bullet style is available for the same price. ***Edit: Note that this may be a newer version than my turret, at least using...

I have not received feedback from them, but maybe my e-mail are too direct. I have had more than one plastic camera fail, which I have attributed to overheating as the case does not work as a heatsink. The camera housing has a seam on top that is not visible in the online pictures, but to be...

Yeah, I am unsure what that means but was hoping ssayer posts pictures of his unit as well. My Annke is a FCD600, but the model sticker shows I51EC and the newer version is apparently I51DX. FCD600 is the overarching name for the turret/bullet versions. The name FCD600 in this case does not...

Yeah, hopefully I am the outlier for others that have ordered. If it helps anyone, mine came out of Chicago...eventually. I do not necessarily want to overplay it. I have some other plastic body cameras, and this one is not too dissimilar, but I would not trust it outside. Maybe I will put it...

Going through the other settings everything else looks okay. Camera image quality appears okay, resolution looks good, has selections for white/IR lights, etc. Still, I have doubts that the unit will last a year in the Texas sun or that the extra seams along the body are even watertight...

Looks as expected, but the housing is entirely plastic. The Annke next to it is mostly metal.

Finally got mine in today, 2.5 weeks later, and I must say initial impressions are not the same. You have me questioning if they make multiple models, entire body is made of plastic, not even really robust feeling plastic. Makes my Amcrest cameras feel like a tank. I have the ANNKE turret...

Reolink Trackmix PoE - Still Problematic?

Guess I would like some more information on this. Top review on Amazon bashes compatibility with Blue Iris (June 2023).

    Paxvigo EBF810

That is too bad. Amcrest has this feature in their white LED / night color units. I think it adds an extra level of security, working as a mini motion flood light. Purchased mine the same day as yours (post on slickdeals), still a no show.

Can it be set to turn on the white LED's with motion?

    Arc GPU - New Standard?

I had not noticed previously, but it is odd. ASRock is pretty well known and has a good history on their motherboard's/gpu's. Intel produces the chip and outsources other board partners to create GPUs, very similar to the method NVIDIA and AMD do...

    Arc GPU - New Standard?

Standalone, new GPUs from Intel. In my case: ASRock Intel Arc A380 Challenger ITX 6GB OC

    Blue Iris UI3

That is how my system responded with the framerate unequal on the substream and main stream.

    Arc GPU - New Standard?

FYI, not ready yet. Tested out an ARC A380, buggy. Latest drivers, and with any Intel HW acceleration option it performed worse than just full CPU.

Using Blueiris as encoder to facilitate an iptv broadcast

Blue Iris is an RTSP server as well. https://ipcamtalk.com/threads/5-3-1-july-16-2020-your-blue-iris-web-server-now-is-also-an-rtsp-server.49571/ Not sure what you are looking to broadcast, but you can always clone a camera and add any overlay you prefer in the video tab.

Using Blueiris as encoder to facilitate an iptv broadcast

I did link a different set, which I thought was the 4k equivalent version, but did not inspect closely enough. I have used these exact set on my network: https://a.co/d/ddkF7lZ Product page: HDMI Over Cat6 Extender I have roughly 40 of these on a network with other ip cameras. (Transmitters...

Using Blueiris as encoder to facilitate an iptv broadcast

Old thread so a solution was likely already found. However, thought I would poke in for anyone searching too. I would expect an IP based balun would be a better solution. E.g. edit: Changed link due to incorrect unit. https://a.co/d/ddkF7lZ You could have one input source (transmitter) and then...

    Blue Iris UI3

Thanks for making me re-read the guide for sub-streams. I did not have the sub-stream rate the same as the main-stream which caused the issue. It is odd that I have the same incorrect settings on the older system and it is working fine. BI/UI3 ( 5.4.9.18 / 161) Regardless I will make the...

    Blue Iris UI3

I have a problem that I am seeing on a box running 223 that I did not have previously, though I could definitely turn out to be a config/user error. I have UI3 limited to 5 FPS and 4096 kbps, and while looking at all cameras I get 5 FPS. However, once I click on a stream the bitrate drops and...
