    The Heat is On.

The only good thing was getting afternoon showers that'd cool things off for a little while. The downside was when it rained too hard and all the streets flooded. I'd add, I lived @ Jeff Davis and Palmyra with off street parking and streets didn't flood too much there. So, I was out of the...

    The Heat is On.

We had a pretty nice downpour a few days ago and it was much needed. The temps dropped by at least 10° almost instantly.

I'm a truck drive by profession and learned to drive pre Google and GPS. I learned how to read signs and maps. Anyway, when coming home GPS told me to go one way and my Spidey sense told me to go another. I followed GPS just to see what happens. Wouldn't you know it, my Spidey sense was correct...

This is another subject altogether. How in the world do you guys navigate all the interchanges on the freeway? And please don't say with GPS because it ALWAYS takes the long way around. We were at on place and GPS made us go down to UTSA, make a turn and come back to get to our hotel when all we...

    The Heat is On.

Already 81° @ 0614 and the sun hasn't risen yet. It'll probably get in the high 90's with "feel like" in the low 100's today.

I wish we had spring weather all year. And at 53 so far, so good. Nothin's breaking. The hands, back, hip and knees are all in good shape. However, I've suddenly started having allergy issues. Thankfully, a Claritin will clear that up right away.

We visited SA two weeks ago. Went to Sea World. And man was it HOT! But the humidity didn't seem as high. So, it was easier to deal with.

Speaking of swimming: we have an above ground pool that I keep covered most of the time so the sun won't deplete my chlorine or cause all the water to go away and it feels like a hot tub. I had to take the cover off this evening, so hopefully we can enjoy it tomorrow.

    blueirissoftware.com website down (2023.07.07)

O Good morning, I've been quietly following this thread because I also have evaluation mode plastered on my screens. And just so you know I recently renewed my plan after letting it expire for a while. I bought it to see if there were any good updates and to support the developers. Prior to...

Yeah, I looked him up and couldn't find any of his work. I also looked him up by name and only found an old live stream he'd done with someone about a year ago.

I stick to 15fps and that works pretty well for me. I do understand the usefulness of vari- focal cams now. The pics will sometimes wash out when I zoom in on my cams that do not have this capability.

It's pretty early and without full Sun. As the day progresses, the background will wash out. However, I still get a good picture up close due to the design of my entry way.

    DeepStack's Amaizing Eye

I am thinking about replacing two of my cams that are up front with something that's better. I currently have the 1080p version DB cam but there is a 4k version available. It's ok for a close range cam. However, the background does wash out in bright sunlight. Also, doorbell cams seem to be...
