I have three Pan Tilt cameras on my shop system. One camera goes to a home position every night. The other two go to a home position about every three days. How can I stop that??? All three cameras are different models. I am not sure what models they are off the top of my head. Just wondering...

The problem that I have with BVR is that when the files get dropped into dropbox, its a BVR and I can't play back BVR without BI, so how do i fix that??

UPDATE::: After messing with the phone, I can play back when I make the profiles inactive. As soon as I hit the profile 1 which is to record all motion, I can't watch the clips........So what setting do I have wrong and where is it at???

Looks like I can watch clips from 3:45 but I have clips from 3:55 to now which is 6:00 and we can see the still image of the clip, but can't watch the video. I will wait and see what or how long it takes before we can watch those videos. Now a side note, right now we are working on having these...

We can watch the clips in about an hour it looks like. We are using AVI for the clips right now. We can see the still image of the clip, but when we go to play them, we get that "Blue Iris Can Not open Video". Sometimes it works instant, some times you have to wait for a bit, and then sometimes...

We all of sudden been having issues again. We will be able to watch clips from the I phone and than with in minutes, if the camera records, we can't watch the clip. Not sure what is doing this. You mentioned rebuilding the database???? How do you do that???

Ok......Looks like its working now. I had to delete the old clips from my phone before i made the move to the new path. Since I have done that, looks like its working now. Interesting????

Yah....didn't do nothing like that. All i did was change the path of the clips being saved.

I got the camera to show on Blue Iris, but I am having some issues with it. I am getting a halo affect around the camera at night and also, the controls on the camera don't seem to work through Blue Iris. Any ideas??

Yah.....we have done all of that. I have two other cameras that are set up and working just fine. I can't get this third one which is the IPCC camera to communicate with my BI.

No, its not on the same network. This camera is in a different location.

both computers are on different networks. I have deleted and added the camera a couple of times with no luck.

I have double checked everything. We have tried it on another BI program and it works. Put the same info on my BI and nothing. I get the 12007 error.

I am having problems with getting this IPCCC camera hooked up to Blue Iris. I am getting a "HTPP: 12007 name not resolved" Any ideas??? I can log into the camera by the IP address.....I can't get the camera into Blue Iris.

Yep....I understand now. Than go into the cameras and tell the cameras what to do in those profiles. Yep......I am getting my mind wrapped around this. Now if I can make this happen.

Really the only time I will need to change a profile is when I want to shut one of three places down.......Right???

As of right now, I have one profile but two schedules. That is how I managed to figure it out. So as it sits now, I have one profile with schedules programed in each camera. Than I have two schedules setup. One schedule call "Normal" which means that all the cameras work with the time schedules...
