    The 2432 I got (used) was great and I was getting perfect signal via wifi (signal was 89%) with 20fps @ 3mp... I just realized now that (when I woke up) the signal had gone down to less than 1fps... BI shows it at 197 signal loss. bitrate is at 90 what gives? any suggestions??? running on...

    CPU usage vs other NVR software... what comp to get for server

    I know I can do direct to disc which can save a ton of memory (goes from %90 to 45% with direct to disc on 2 live feeds recording at the same time) but I wasn't a fan of it. I guess that is my only option (I like that I can overlay text via BI, not a 3x pre buffer etc)

    well I changed from hikvision RTSP to the DS-2CDxxx one and the generic hikvision brings audio from my computer speakers. the DS-2CDxxx one doesn't bring any audio. I should mention that I'm using the app for this, and not the software, but I don't think it should matter.

    Seems like the IR on the 2432 wants to turn on when there is sufficient ligthing. I guess it's looking at the overall picture and noticing the kitchen area is too dark and turning it on.     guys, i'm having a similar problem, but I use the mobile app to talk to it.... when I talk to the 2432, it's coming through my desktop speakers. It does the same thing for my Geeya 801c... any ideas? :(

    I can use the built in motion detection on the 2432, but the problem is that I believe that will trigger recording even more often because you can't set dead spots. it will record anytime we move around in the living room. Guess I'll have to just deal with it :(

    Any idea what's going on here? both my cameras (Geeya 801C and Hikvision 2432) have audio coming from my desktop. I can't get blue iris to send audio through the speakers on the cameras. They both work when you use their native softwares... any help?
