    I have a fixed camera that triggers the ptz to the left with on-alert object detection moving from zone A to B. It has been working fine for over 12 months, but now for some reason when it moves to the left, waits 20 seconds, and on reset should go to my home position (pre-set 1), but does not.

    If I look in the NEW or ALL lists clips are there right up to now, but in the ALERTS list there is nothing since the 7th Oct. I don't remember altering anything. Any ideas ?

    I have 1 static camera covering an area, to control 1 ptz camera fitted. On the static camera I want 4 zones to control the ptz to certain areas on motion, Is it best to clone the static camera 4 times with 1 zone on each clone camera, or just put the 4 zones on 1 camera. TIA

    The fixed camera is watching over carpark entrance Z1, and 2 other zones where cars park Z2 & Z3. I want the PTZ to move to the different zones when someone/car moves the that area and stay there until (or pre-set time) has stopped.

    Did that and checked , all clips still there. So I deleted them manually, the preview clips stayed, so did a repair on database and they all disappeared. Regained load of free space now.

    I have a wifi reolink camera connected to BI, every so often it loses its signal. If I check on the reolink app it shows up working, but BI says no signal. Signal strength is good. Anyone got any ideas to try.

    Using motion zones, one for each gate, goto preset command and wait command in "on alert", and preset 1 (home) in "on reset". But it will not stay at a gate even if motion is there. I will have a go on my PTZ with autocycle.

    Thanks for that, have read it and it mentions a fixed camera controlling the PTZ camera. But I am sure he only has the PTZ installed to cover the yard, no other cameras. Would something like this work with just the PTZ, or will he need to install a fixed camera ?
