For LTS cameras (not sure if it works for other cameras), They have a IP discovery tool that aids you in locating the cameras IP and also allows you to change the network settings without having to log into the camera's directly. You can download it from the LTS website > support > downloads...

you want to make sure the subnet and gateway ip is correctly configured on the NVR. You need to make sure the ports are opened correctly by using a port forwarding tool such as canyouseeme.org. Make sure all 3 ports (HTTP, Server, RTSP) are all forwarded. By default these are 80, 8000, and 8554.

The default RTSP port for LTS cameras is 8554.

Make sure you have the stream type set to Video & Audio (rather than just Video) on the camera. There is not much extra configuration that needs to be done other than turn on and up the speaker volume in the NVMS7000 app. There should be a volume slider in the Live view.

When you factory reset the camera, unplug the camera, hold the reset button, plug in the camera and keep the reset button pressed 20-30 secs. Have you checked the firmware version for that camera? LTS website should have latest firmware version for its cameras.
