I believe I am correct in saying that BI does not control fps or image size, regardless of what you put in the 'camera properties' in BI under 'video'. Your camera video settings control that. So if you wish the fps to be 10fps, then set that in your camera as well as image size say 1920 x 1080.

Hi, I used to be able to drag the whole main BI window to be on my 2nd monitor as I can do with all other windows programs; however, I am not able to move BI to my second monitor...what's the deal?

To make audio mic work you must check the box video/audio in the camera firmware for both the main and sub streams, as well as checking mic in not audio in box save changes.

Well, then why does BI give you the option to set fps if it is ignored?

Hikvision, I only set the fps in BI, not in the camera itself using the IP address.

Ok, I set each camera properties, video to 10fps and they all revert to 33fps or something other than what I set each camera to.
