How do I change my real name Michael Dunn to user name Mikentosh2017?

Just installed Blue Iris tools on windows 7 64-bit. Set everything up to run on boot etc.

When I reboot, and finally login, Blue Iris tools has a popup requesting admin password to run ???

I only really use windows for Blue Iris and have been into BSD's and Linux for years. So I rarely, if ever, touch windows.

How do I get Blue Iris tools to automatically run without asking for a password ?

PSU burned out on the server but we are back up!
