ok so solution (for me), delete cam from dmss > delete dmss account > recreate dmss account, > re-add cam via p2p all working now

ok just to add it’s seems specific to my iPhone. Dmss is on my iPad and has all the push notifications that I’m not getting?? Very wierd , tried deleting app, rebooted phone, checked notifications etc. I’m lost

ok, so had tripwire push notifications working fine, iOS app and now they have stopped. only thing that changed was I changed internet provider, so changed ip and subnet. I have deleted and reinstalled dmss, I have default settings the cam ipc-t5442t-zeb and still the same. Any ideas? the cam...

hmm actually that might work better. I was trying to use ivs as a tripwire for people entering gate and use smd to record humans walking past without alerts I will give this a go and get back to you thanks

hi all set up 1 tripwire but get two alerts and two emails per event. "tripwire" and "tripwire end" anyway to just get 1 alert per event? I deleted all the ivs rules and just set 1 to test but result the same Ipc-t5442t-zeb 2.820.15OG001.0.R, Build Date: 2021-07-06

hmm not sure, I just use latest chrome on my MacBook and get video feed without any plugins. Camera is a ipc-t5442t-zeb running firmware out of the box 2.820.15OG001.0.R, Build Date: 2021-07-06 hit playback tab and files are there Dmss app you hit icon that looks like a movie reel ( far left)...

I can see my sdcard recordings in dmss ( if p2p set up) , chrome (just log in to cam IP address) and safari (albeit no audio in safari)

log onto cam, then go into network settings and change default gateway and dns to 0.0.0.0. 1 cam didn't like that so I changed it to ip of bi server, but same effect. stops cams "calling home" as this particular has downloaded malware before
