I need some help here. I have installed HIK vision ip cameras on NVR and some others on a PoE switch and all are showing on multi vie but when I single select view of any camera on the switch it shows unsupported stream format. Only those on the switch but the ones on the NVR are okay yet they all have the same specifications.
What could be the way forward?
