Hassio has a Roku media controller. I have yet to work with it. One task I have to make it when my doorbell rings, my TV will switch to the roku and goto the IP cam channel automatically when I am home. That is still a ways off though as I have many more integrations to set up before that...

I started using home assistant. There should be a way to call the Roku app to display a screen override as well as the fact that I can set up a tablet view when motion is detected. My experiments are still in the very early phases.

I use the Roku service and I am very happy with your hard work. What I still need to figure out is the PTZ settings for Blue Iris so I can control my PTZ cams via the Roku. Unless I missed it somewhere, I do not see it referenced in either thread.

I like the app... it works rather well for me I would like to know if anyone got the ptz calls working to Blue Iris. That is one trick I am still trying to figure out.

Yep, looks like the IR cut filter is not working. I will play with it some more today, but I think a replacement will have to be ordered. Black and white works without issue. ...the testing continues...

I will take it down this weekend for testing. Once I know I will post more information. The other two cameras are doing fine so far.

UPDATE Well, one of the three cameras failed...sort of. The camera suddenly went off color. Cantonk was good about connecting to the camera, dropping firmware and testing. They finally determined that it was a hardware issue. I ordered a replcemtent board and the replacement exhibited the exact...

Put a multi-meter on the POE end at the camera and verify 12v and you can also check amperage against the camera. Under voltage or low amps could make the board fail to initialize.
