Administrator does not have administrator rights

I haven’t logged into the DVR for a year (DS-7616NI-K2)
There was a need to add a new user.
I went to the WEB interface of the DVR.
And I realized that the administrator does not have administrator rights)
What to do?

No, all options are disabled

I would log directly into the DVR/NVR, not via a Web interface and see if you then have ADMIN rights. This might be a limitation of the Web interface, just a guess.

They are all enabled, meaning that admin is the real administrator.
